Salamat Whey is the first brand under Golden Gainz Food Supplement Trading.

It all began years ago, long before I discovered the power of Whey. Back then, I was a completely different person – spending countless hours glued to my office chair, waking up early, and pushing myself to the limits at work. I was always tired, easily fatigued, and exercise was the furthest thing from my mind. 

In my early 20s, I believed that youth was on my side and that I had nothing to worry about. But as time went on, my health gradually started deteriorating. Even simple tasks like carrying groceries, climbing the stairs, and even tying my shoelaces became a struggle. It was as if my muscles were constantly cramped and exhausted. Despite these signs, I brushed them off, thinking it was just a passing phase that would disappear on its own. I was stubborn, refusing to pay attention to the warnings my body was giving me. I took my well-being for granted.

After the pandemic, people have become more health-conscious, and I am no exception. Being self-aware of my daily struggles, I decided to go for a checkup. That’s when I received the news that I could no longer ignore the signals my body had been sending me. While it’s not too late for me, I am aware that time can quickly catch up. That’s when I realized that I needed to change in order to improve my health. Having no clue what to do, I started doing home workouts, getting guides from the internet and also bought a few pieces of gym equipment to support what I was doing. Little by little, I gained the confidence I needed to go to a commercial gym. 

After a long while, I can confidently say that my efforts aren’t wasted; after all the triumphs, my personal body goal isn’t just a goal anymore. I did it. I looked and felt healthy. I believe that there is a deeper meaning behind each and every story. And the reason I want to be healthy is not just for myself anymore. It is because I want to have a long and fulfilling life. I want to be present in the moments that matter. I want to play with my future kids. I want to guide them to a better life and be there for them as they grow up. I want to see my grandkids and create lasting memories with them. More importantly, I want to grow old with them. But deep down, I know that all of this won’t be possible if I don’t change. But thank God I did.
